First and foremost I want to share with you that I LOVE feeling well and being at my highest levels of vitality!
And, I am not ALWAYS there! I too am human. Being a coach doesn't mean you have it all figured out and that you are doing everything you know to do every day! What I do is do my best every day. Some days are better than others.
I coach myself like I coach my clients. Coaching, facilitating positive change, is an area where I excel. I have been doing it for years. I have been coaching formally for over 10 years. My formal coach training came from Results Coaching Systems, an ICF accredited coach training school. They are now called The NeuroLeadership Group.
In addition to my coaching experience with over 2500 client hours I come with a Registered Nurse background. I have been in the healthcare and medical industries for my entire career, including even today as the co-owner of a pain treatment and injury regeneration clinic (non-drug, non-surgery) in San Diego. www.sandiegopaintreatment.com.
