Our E-mail Policy

Envision & Create LLC respects your time and privacy by limiting the number of mailings sent to you. If you received a mailing from us, it is because you have:

1. Subscribed to one of our newsletters or e-courses.
2. Have requested a copy of one or more of our resources.
3. Purchased a program from us.
4. Asked us to contact you via our contact form.

Regarding Our Web Site

We collect and review non-personal information about our visitors. The information helps us to improve our Web site's content and is also used as part of our marketing plan. Our statistics capture:

• The type of Web browser you use (AOL, Netscape, IE, other).
• How you found our Web site (a link from a specific article, Google/Yahoo search engine, etc.).
• How many pages each visitor views.
• What page you visited, including pages that no longer exist.

Information Sharing

We will never share with, sell, or rent to anyone information you provide, unless you provide us with permission via e-mail or unless ordered by a court of law. The information you provide us may be made available to a consultant who is working for us and only as a way of contacting you with information you've requested. We have a confidentiality agreement, verbal or in writing, with all our contractors.

Newsletters (e-zine) Policy

Our newsletters are "by subscription only". We want to make sure that you want our e-zines. We place directions for leaving our e-zine in these three places:

1. At the bottom of all our messages. So, if you'd like to leave follow the directions.
2. In our welcome note.
3. In the same area on our site where you subscribe to our e-zines.

Payments

We only use secure servers or payment options that are on secure servers. We also provide our clients or students with the option to send us money order payments, via mail, sent directly to our office.

Report Abuse

If you feel that you received an e-mail from us that you did not request, forward the e-mail, with pertinent headers, to us. We will do everything we can to discover the cause and resolve the issue. To combat spam, we do not list our email address on this website. However, please contact us, explain the situation and request an email to use.
