At Envision & Create, we facilitate seminars, oversee workshops and coach keynote speakers in all of these types of programs. We can customize our programs to meet your time constraints, your company objectives, and your developmental needs. Most importantly, we can partner with you to do a thorough assessment of your organization prior to developing a program.

  • Communications Skills Using the DiSC™ Personal Profile — This program is ideal for every member of an organization or team. Capitalize on diverse behavioral strengths to achieve higher personal and team performance, productivity , and profitability in the workplace. DiSC is a tool you can use to understand the 4 Dimensions of Behavior. DiSC recognizes the valuable contribution of "different" styles, the concerns of "conflict" between style approaches to problem solving, the "impact" that a person's behavioral strengths may have on others, and how to eliminate the "guesswork" in dealing with strengths different from ours. The workshop will help you identify your personality style and other common styles, improve your interactions with different styles, enhance your assertiveness and conflict resolution techniques; personalize strategies for improved on-the-job communication, and more.

  • Adventures in Attitudes — This program is ideal for everyone.     A SOAR Circle of women is a circle of women in the process of discovering their gifts and passions and they want to share opportunities, answers, and resources with other women. They want to inspire and motivate other women to achieve success and happiness however they define them and connect with women in their neighborhood, city or country. The SOAR Circle Series is a series of 11 sessions where the participants are focused on creating a sustainable business - be it home or office-based or growing their current business to a new level. We utilize The SEED Handbook by Lynne Franks: The Feminine Way to Create Business in our process. SEED = Sustainable Enterprise and Empowerment Dynamics.
