A Coach can be many things to many people:
A mentor, a teacher, a sounding board, an inspiration, a friend.
Whatever the role, the Coach will listen, ask difficult questions,
observe without judgement, and challenge clients to exceed
their own expectations.
The power to effect business and life changes,
however, rests solely with the client. The Coach is merely
a facilitator, helping to identify and clear away the cobwebs,
the obstacles, and the challenges so that the client may head
down a new path.
Your Envision & Create Coach will work
with you in person or over the phone over a 3-month minimum
period of time.

You will begin
by getting clear on what disturbs you about your present
business or life situation and why. Out of these exercises
will come the creation of primary areas of focus for coaching
and the development of primary
goals or desired results for your business or your life.
This is the first of many opportunities you'll have to
get real about your current situation, challenge your
expectations and embrace your wildest dreams.

Once you and your
coach are clear that you have compelling reasons and drive
to create change and a new and different result you will
develop strategies
specific to each goal and your own personal resources.
You will then move into
action - determining who you need to be
and what you need to do to create the results you desire!

For the next few
months, you and your coach will make the journey together,
one step at a time, working through each roadblock and
marking every milestone on the road to creating results
and a more satisfying, more abundant business and/or life.
You will work together during coaching sessions and in
between. Our philosophy is "just-in-time"
coaching. We are there when you need us to be there.
Our
monthly coaching plans include unlimited
email coaching / consulting and "just-in-time"
coaching - 10 minute calls when you need them. No waiting
for your coaching session. If you are stuck and not taking
action or not getting the results you expected from a
specific action - call your coach in the moment and continue
your momentum. Your results and success are key!
In order to reach the
goals you set, you will probably have to do a few things differently.

Letting
go of old habits can be one of the most
formidable challenges you'll ever face. And one of the
smartest moves you'll ever make. After all, if the old
ways could take you where you want to go, you wouldn't
need new ones.

Many people
are not accustomed to the level of commitment
having a Coach requires. But as with any endeavor,
the more you put into the process, the more you
will get out of it. And perhaps the greatest advantage
of having a Coach is that someone is always there,
holding you accountable for your efforts and pushing
you even farther.

is that all your hard work will yield remarkable results.
From the attainment of your original goals to the confidence,
perspective and illumination you'll gain from the Coaching
process itself, the journey can be just as rewarding as
the destination.
